This policy explains how LumoSense collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, book a call with us or get in touch. We keep it short and in plain English.

Who we are

LumoSense is LumoSense Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16030080), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number 00015373730).

You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@reachwise.agency.

The data we collect

  • Booking details: when you book a call through Calendly, your name, email address, business name or website, any answers you give in the booking form, and the time you chose.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email, including your contact details.
  • Information you share on calls: for example revenue, margin or ad spend figures, if you choose to share them.
  • Website usage: information about how the site is used (pages viewed, how you found us, including campaign links, device and browser type, approximate location). Our website host collects basic anonymised statistics, and if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects more detail.

We do not knowingly collect special category data, and this website is not intended for children.

How we use it and why

  • To arrange and hold calls, and to reply to your enquiry. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.
  • To follow up after a call about working together. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To deliver our services if you become a client. Lawful basis: contract.
  • To understand how the website performs and which channels bring visitors and bookings. Lawful basis: your consent for analytics cookies, and legitimate interests for anonymised statistics.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We will only send you marketing emails, such as a newsletter, if you have opted in, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and who process it on our instructions:

  • Calendly, for scheduling calls. If you arrived through a tracked link, the link's campaign tags are saved with your booking so we know which channel you came from.
  • Google Analytics, for website analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies).
  • Framer, which hosts this website.
  • Google Workspace, for email, documents and Google Meet video calls.

We may also share data with our professional advisers (such as accountants) or where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiry and booking data: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
  • Client records: for the length of our engagement and 6 years afterwards, for legal and tax purposes.

After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) if you accept them in the cookie banner. They help us understand how people find and use the site, and Google Analytics keeps this data for 14 months. If you say no, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

The testimonial video is embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set cookies unless you play it. When you use the booking calendar, Calendly may set cookies that are needed for booking to work. You can read more in Calendly's and Google's cookie notices, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct it
  • ask us to delete it
  • ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it
  • receive a copy of it in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To use any of these rights, email hello@reachwise.agency. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

Keeping your data secure

We use reputable providers with strong security, limit access to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with two-factor authentication.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
